Về việc cho phép thành lập Hội Phân bón Việt Nam

Căn cứ Luật số
102-SL/L004 ngày 20 tháng 5 năm 1957 quy định quyền lập Hội;
Căn cứ chỉ thị
số 01-CT ngày 5 tháng 1 năm 1989 về quản lư tổ chức và hoạt động của các Hội
quần chúng;
Xét đề nghị của
Ban vận động thành lập Hội Phân bón Việt Nam và ư kiến của Bộ Nông nghiệp và
Công nghiệp thực phẩm.
Quyết
định:
Cho phép thành
lập Hội Phân bón Việt Nam.
Hội Phân bón
Việt Nam tự lo liệu mọi chi phí và phương tiện hoạt động.

- Based on the Edict No.
102/SL-L004 delivered May 20th 1957, promulgating the Law presibling
to establishment right of a association.
- Based on the instructions
No. 01-CT, delivered January 5th 1989 presibling to organization,
activities and management of a association.
- Considering the proposal of
the Campaign Board for the establishment of the Fertilizer Association Central
of Vietnam and the suggestion from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food
Industry.
To decide
To permit of the establishment
of the Fertilizer Association Central of Vietnam.
The Fertilizer Association
Central of Vietnam shall self-pay off all expenditures and means of activities.
